History

Alvin Community College District
The Alvin Community College District covers 421 square miles over the eastern third of Brazoria County. It serves Alvin, Danbury, Manvel, and Pearland. The campus itself covers 114 acres with 16 buildings. At present, Alvin Community College has an enrollment of around 1,200 students each semester, with a student-faculty ratio of 12:1.
